Time & Direction 5-Course Winemaker Dinner w/Steve Wells + Chef Erin Sealy

We are very excited to announce our next winemaker dinner series, including an evening at our La Mesa/Lake Murray location, Brew Coffee! For our February offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines from boutique Walla Walla winery, Time & Direction. Winemaker and Owner, Steve Wells will join us for each night of the series. Hailing from the restaurant scene in New York City, Steve chose Walla Walla to learn how to make wine in 2011.  He has worked for Gramercy Cellars and M&L Production and earned his degree in Enology & Viticulture from the Walla Walla Community College before starting Time & Direction in 2016. He brings a restaurant background into winemaking by focusing on food friendly wines. His humorous and diverse personality is brought into every label by making them all different, and based on things that have been important to him during his lifetime. Chef Erin will craft a seasonal pairing menu complimenting each of the 5 wines. You won't want to miss this memorable evening of wine, food and conversation from both Steve and Chef Erin!
